Refund Policy

Scope

No payment is collected through this website, and DGC Development does not sell consumer products or services online. Payments related to development engagements are governed by the written agreements for each project.

Deposits and engagement payments

Where a deposit or fee is paid under a written agreement, that agreement controls whether and how it is refundable. Unearned amounts under a cancelled engagement are returned as the agreement provides.

Errors

Payment errors — duplicates or incorrect amounts — are corrected promptly once verified. Report them to info@dgcdev.com within 30 days with the payment record.

How to request

Email info@dgcdev.com with your name, the date, the amount, and the reason. We respond within 10 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

Governing law

Florida law. Disputes are brought in the courts of Orange County, Florida, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
